Viewing wildlife in Nunavut can be a moving experience. Wildlife viewing can be done in summer by boat amongst the fjords or while hiking on the land. In the spring, head out by dog sled or snow machine to the floe edge.

Prehistoric musk-ox and caribou can be seen in herds, as can thousands of sea birds nesting in the cliff areas like Bylot Island. Whales, seals and walrus abound in selected areas. Stay at the lodges in beautiful locations with local and interpretive staff on site.
